You need to see a Doctor - it could be anything from nothing to herpes (depending on what the lump turns into). Noi one here can diagnose the problem without seeing you.

Yeast medication is sold over the counter all the time, in GREAT quantities - but it's another one of those "self help" medications that can make a bad situation worse.
