Um, this is a really hard situation... I'm a girl and I know that just saying 'I don't like you' really hurts a girl, even though they'd smile and say it's OK, they'd probably have the song 'Smile' in their heads (look it up on Youtube, especially 'Smile Glee Lyrics' and click the first one that comes up... listen to the lyrics especially!! ). Then they'd probably go home and cry. Maybe you should try and get to know her... she'd have a reason for liking you, and you might find yourself liking her. You just might not know her that well.

Look if she loves you and you don't love her now, tell her that how you feel before this continues any further! DO NOT LEAD HER ON. That will only turn out worst for her in the future... you will destroy her by keeping this up. It is not a hard choice! DO NOT allow yourself to be in a relationship with someone whose feelings are not shared by you!
