I cannot think of the name of this movie for the life of me... I watched it in the early 90's and I remember loving it! It is about a poor black family living in a poor neighborhood and the main character is a girl... I think... And I remember that she had to help take care of her younger siblings... there was a part in the movie where she was walking outside and a crackhead tried to get money from her and she stuck up for herself... Its been soooo long since I have seen it but I want to watch it again... Please help!! I think it was a 90's movie that is suppose to be in the 60's or 70's in Brooklyn... If you have any ideas please help me!! Thanks
