Dad makes good money but also has a step daughter and another daughter from THIS marriage, Wife doesn't work due to expensive child care! ANY ONE HAVE ANY ANSWERS? Please.. Thank you for your time!

What do you mean by "get help as well"?

If the mother is on disabilty and if its ssdi then the children should be included in the claim.

She says she isn't getting it, Now that we have tried to convience her to add the children. She claims she is only getting state aide and we won't even get child support from her. She tried claiming them for welfare, and she never has them..

When you say state aid do you mean welfare? Or are we talking state disability? If it's the latter they will attach it for child support payments. If its welfare they will not.
