My clothes keep getting hung between the basket and the felt while it is turning and leaving brown stains on my clothes. It kind of looks like my basket is sagging a little leaving a gap at the top part of the basket. Not sure if new felt pads will fix this or if if something else in the dryer is worn out? Any help would be much appreciated.
