Me and my boyfriend todd have been seeing each other about 2 and a half months now. He is the nicest man I have ever meet. I love him with all my heart and he loves me to. But this morning his mother walked up to his house and flat out told me to leave. That was the first time she had ever even seen me . Her son is happy with me. We love each other. Now he won't even answer my phone calls. I want to spend the rest of my life with him. Will it work out in the end?

Let me see, his mother lives close enough to walk to her sons house.

Her son appears to be a adult living on his own.

You have dated him for 2 1/2 months and appear to be sleeping over and he never introduced you to her.

It sounds he is scared of his mother or ashamed of you.

Unless he is man enough to stand up to his mother it will never work

I don't know the answer to your question but it doesn't sound good, especially if his mother has that tight a grip on him, even though he has his own home. The fact that he's not answering your phone calls since his mother's tirade isn't a good sign either. At this point I'd wait for him to call you. Then you need to have a serious discussion about how he's going to handle things where his mother is concerned.

My honest to God first reaction to this question is, “Is this for real?”

It’s a few sentences long and nothing seems to make sense when applied with logic.

me and my boyfriend todd have been seeing each other about 2 and a half months now. he is the nicest man i have ever meet.

That can not be determined in 2 1/2 months.

i love him with all my heart and he loves me to.

No you don’t. And you can’t speak for him.

but this morning his mother walked up to his house and flat out told me to leave.
that was the first time she had ever even seen me .

And he owns this house? So he let her talk to you like that? Why would she tell anybody to leave a house that she does not live in? How did she even get in? Did she have a key? If so didn’t he get up and tell her to leave until later? I just don’t believe it.

her son is happy with me. we love each other. now he wont even answer my phone calls.

Really? So your attracted to wusses that won’t protect or stick up for the woman he loves “with all his heart.” You attracted to a guy that allows you to be thrown out of his own house? Your attracted to a “mama’s boy.” Your attracted to a man that disrespects you. Your attracted to a man that lets other people control him. Mind you all this after only 10 weeks invested in him.

That goes against everything I thought women were attracted to in guys.

i want to spend the rest of my life with him.

Really? After 10 weeks?

will it work out in the end?

NO!

Is there some kind of culture difference between you two?

Do you really want to be with a mama's boy? If so your problems have only started. It will get much worse.

People don't change. If he is not standing up to his mother now, chances are he never will. And if he doesn't then this cycle will continue. It is up to you to determine if it is something you can live with.
