There is no fast way, ( almost any fast method does not work long term and/or hurts your health.

You will lose five pounds automatically once you lern how to spell "wait" correctly.
Move your body -- take the stairs, walk from the far end of the mall parking lot, jump rope, ride a bike, play with a hula hoop for a half hour every day. Eat veggies and fruits, especially fresh and raw. Eat nuts and whole-grain bread. Eat fish (not breaded) and grilled chicken. Drink two full glasses of water before you eat anything. Don't eat cookies, cake, pie, candy, any kind of soda. Chew sugarless gum. This will enable you to lose about ten pounds a month.
