I would check to see if the inside coil is draining properly. A p-trap is often needed in the condensate drain line to ensure proper drainage. If the drain gets clogged, water can back up and be blown into the ductwork and mold will start to grow. If it does, additional steps will be needed to kill the mold as well as ensuring proper drainage
