My thermostat is not getting proper supply voltage? After that I installed a new digital stat, and I had a "T" wire that I capped off like instructed. Now, I have no power to the stat. Before I lost power to the old stat, I couldn't get my evap fan to turn off without hitting the breaker... So, now my dilemma is no 24v to my contactor to run my condensing unit. The transformer has 24v coming out of the low side, but it is powering that "T" wire (brown) that I capped off. The red wires in the control circuit are attached to the second lead on the low side of the transformer, but nothing as far as power. So my contactor is in very good condition, I replaced it last year, and I tested it before anything else, and my unit runs great. My issue is somewhere in the controls on the indoor evap unit.

I just can't seem to find the issue. My unit did something similar before when the auxiliary heater relay got stuck, but I could still get it back in cooling mode. The fan would stay running just like now, but I believe that is a safety to avoid the heaters catching the unit on fire. So, to summarize the situation, I have my "hot wire" (black) feeding my transformer 120v, and there are the two low voltage wires on the supply side of the transformer, the red, and the brown. The red which is normally my 24v to the stat has nothing, but the brown has 24v. It is really weird. There is a small controls component that all leads are attached to in the little box. I am not sure what the name for it is, but I am assuming that may be the culprit.
