Okay, so I am going to the courthouse to file my claim on Monday. It's much cheaper than I thought... However, I still have a few questions.
1. I was told that I can sue for twice what I paid for the car+court costs. But it says that I can only sue for $5,000 maximum. Do I try for $5k? If so, how do I validate that?
2. The website says that I need her address. She has moved to avoid me, is there a way for me to obtain her address? She has a business but I don't remember what its called.
Thank you.

You are implying that this is a follow-up question. I'm sorry, but I don't see your previous questions.
You would prove what you paid by your testimony, a cancelled check, a receipt, or whatever other documents you have. Not knowing more, I don't understand how you can recover twice the purchase price, but whatever they say, I guess.
If you can't find her address it's going to be tough getting service of process on her. And service of process will be necessary before your case can proceed. How do you expect to collect a judgment against her, should you get one, without any information regarding her whereabouts?

I know that she lives in town somewhere, I don't expect to... that's my issue. And yes, this is a follow up question. I will find you a link.

And yes, I have a notarized bill of sale, and all payments receipts.
