Ill be 32 weeks on Monday , and 3 days ago when I wiped there was a decent sized thick glob of clear-yellowish stuff. Could that be a sign that my mucus plug is breaking ? And I have been having a lot of lower back pain , comes and goes not constant... and I'm really not even having any braxton hicks ! What should I do?

It could be some of the mucus plug, but there really isn't anything you need to do perse. Mention it at your next doctor or midwife visit.
It will sometimes come out in sections over a few weeks, and it can be replaced with additional mucus.
It is merely a sign that your body is preparing. It may be just vaginal discharge as well.
Now the backaches coming and going may be more of something to watch. If you start to notice a number of them, keep track of how often you feel them and how long they last from start to finish. As you feel one, notice whether your stomach feels harder as well.
If you notice several that come and go within an hour, let your doctor or midwife know, get plenty to drink, go have a lie down, relax in the tub, etc. see if changing activity causes them to stop.
For some women early labour may start as a backache that comes and goes with some consistency... every 10-20 minutes, lasting for about 35 seconds as an example... not the usual annoying backache associated with being pregnant that you may feel several times a day, especially as you bend or move about.

Thank you , I have been keeping track of the back pain.. but there are other occasions where I will get a sharp pain in my stomach to where it takes me a few to actually proceed with what I was doing. And sometimes I will get a pain in my butt

To where I can't even move it will take me 10 minutes just to get off the bed.. it hurts so bad could that be him laying on a nerve ? And I have been real nauseated... could that get worse in the 3rd trimester?

Do you notice the pain low in your groin/pelvic area and butt more as you try to get in and out of bed, or in and out of the car for example? Is it more when you are moving your legs apart? Do you feel the sharp pain when you have moved to a new position... rolling over for example or getting up from a sitting or lying down position?
All of those can be normal, albeit uncomfortable, occurrences with pregnancy... and yes, sometimes it does feel like they hit a nerve... ouch!
Some women will be revisited by nausea towards the end of pregnancy.
For the peace of mind, give your doctor or midwife a call and let them know what you are feeling. They may want you to come in sooner than your regular appointment just to do a check.

Yes that's where it mainly is in the pelvic area.. mostly when I get in and out of bed , or if I move real quick for some reason that's when it occurs more...

That is pretty common. It's not necessarily a health concern, but it's not fun either!
It is usually due to stretching or pulling of the ligaments that support the uterus and loosening of the support at the front of the pelvis (SPD), or symphysis pubis dysfunction.
Try to be aware of moving too quickly from one position to another. When you get in and out of bed, or the car, try to sit down first and bring legs in together when getting in; the opposite when getting out. You can also find belly bands for pregnancy that can offer some additional support.
When you are in labour, especially when giving birth, avoid positions that have you spreading your legs very far apart... side lying or kneeling would be better options for giving birth than on your back or semi-reclined with legs pulled back for example.
