So my boyfriend had been here for 10 years and went back to Mexico to try to get his visa again. But we are in love. I am a U.S. citizen. What is the best way for me to get him back here again and the fastest way. I will be going down to Mexico to see him at the end of the month. Can anyone one help me??

To clarfiy, he has been in the US unlawfully for 10 years?
We need more information. What was his manner of entry, how old was he on entry, did he or any principal file for anything for him with immigration, any other immigration violations or criminal arrests, charges or convictions?
Assuming the most common scenario. You would need to be married to him, then file the relative petition (I-130), after approval it is sent to the NVC, then they notify his home consulate to start the IV process. He will need a waiver for the immigration violations, and that takes the most time. You will need to prove up the extreme hardship to you.
Processing time varies significantly by consulate, so check on the website. Good luck.
