Ghanain passport will not allow the passport holder to live in the US.

The passport and a vsa to come and visit the US is about 300 dollars. And no they do not have to have 10,000 dollars in the bank, And yes you can arrange a pre paid airline ticket there.
And even a rushed passport ( less than a week) is only about 100 dollars higher.

But they also use fake photos, stolen and purchased visas in large rooms, they have 60 year old grandmothers pretending to be 18 year old girls, on email and phone.
Heck even boys and men pretend at times.

They will use and sell the same photo and story over and over.

Then after they get the passport, guess what, they get sick or get arrested for something, or have the passport stolen.

This is the biggest fraud ever known to run, The US embassy web site has all sorts of warnings on this.
In fact the joke is that they warn to hope you lose less than 3000 dollars before you figure it out, ( wish they would want to just stop it) but people want to believe what they want to.

Esp if this is some blue eyed blond beauty, ( remember in Ghana) If you want a girl friend there, go visit, find someone from Ghana here in the US and let them introduce you to a family member.
