I received a called on my cell phone and also work phone. The caller identified himself, said he has a summons and will appear on my job and have my supervisor sign off on it as a witness. I do owe several debts and especially payday loans, will pay them when I finalized Intenral Revenue Bill. They have already ruined my credit and I do not answer the phone for unknown caller and 800 numbers I do not recognize especially @ work because I do not handle stress very well because of my heart condition...
Any suggestions, because I do not want to call the 877 number back and tyalk to these arrogrant people.

If the creditor is issuing a summons for you to appear in court and has warned you you will be served, providing a witness - your employer, you will have to address this issue, and appear in court, and if a judgment is awarded to them, then you will be ordered to pay. Plain and simple.

Why should you be angry? The creditor is giving you notice that you would be served. How can say "they have already ruined your credit"?
Did you not take out payday loans and agree to pay them back?
