S/O says he has panic attacks well been less then 6 months and he has broken ribs again I suspect asthma anyone here got any clues, also got large red circle in center of his chest grown larger as time goes by kind of remins me of ring worm but its not.

Yes, the red spot started small maybe took 8 months to get this big, panic attacks have been going on for a year and this is second time his ribs broke in less then 6 months July broke the right side last weekend broke the left side.

Red spots on body can be caused by stress.my ex hd the sme thing,only all over his body.went to doc,and they found it was job related stress.so it may just be stress/anxiety.
