Deos anyone know a cheap hair stylis that would dye my hair for a low price, in Illinois around the chicagoland area?

You could always go to a beauty school and have them do it.

Not only is it cheaper that way, but it's great practice for them.

That's a great suggestion. An all over color starts at 60+.

She may have a better chance with going to a beauty school and having it done. She could get it done starting at 30.

She could also try Fantastic Sams.
