Can a 20 cub ft frezzer sit out side under cover wheres is frezzing with food in it... will it hurt anything?

Yes you can put it outside but you can have issues when it gets below freezing. Your compressor may not work if the oil gets too thick and, the thermostst inside may not call for cooling and the food won't stay frozen. If it's really cold, mother nature will freeze the food.

Yes I understand all that... ty for the answer... but will the frezzer be hurt because of the freezzing weather... the motor.. compressor.. lines... ect? /... thanks,, richard

Unless you will be blasting the freezer with 5 degree days you will probably be OK since the compressor motor will warm the oil. I would look at the manual, if possible, and see if they give you temperature operating ranges. Where do you live?
