"my husband was convicted for a dui almost 5 yrs ago in wv he was put on house arrest for 1 yr in that time we sold are house and moved back to ohio . He got his license suspended for 1 yr with no driving privleges and after that yr he had to do the interlock program for two yrs we dont live in wv but they are telling us we have to find someone to sign a affidavit stating we are living with them in order for my husband to do the program we do not live there and we dont know any body there isnt it illegal for them to want us to do that? he just wants to get his license back it has been almost 5 yrs but the are saying we can't do anything unless we no some one who will lie and say we live with them in wv if this make sense to anyone please give me your advice on what we should do thank you"
