I have a Hamption Bay "Lazerro" ceiling fan I just bought from Home Depot. I can not find a replacement bult. The bulb is a coiled 4 pin compact fluorescent with a slotted area on both sides in the middle of the bulb. The only ones that Home Depot carried as replacemets had the slotted area off set from the middle and they were not coiled. Does any one know about this bulbs abd where I can get one?
Thanks,
Victor

Since the lamp is for a Hampton Bay fan, which is ONLY available at Home Depot, ask, no, demand, they help you find a replacement lamp.

Otherwise advice them that you will go elsewhere and purchase a more available fan, such as Hunter, Casablanca, or many others that are available found at : Ceiling Fan .com - Ceiling Fans by Casablanca, Emerson, Fanimation, Minka (http://www.ceilingfan.com/)

And tell them to stick their HB crap where the sun don't shine.

I agree. Home Depot should be able to provide the bulb for you, otherwise I would go to a lighting supply house. I've seen many different varieties of plug in fluorescent lamps and I am sure TK has seen many more.

SKU #108-345 @ The Home Depot should do the trick. :D

Let me know if this works we can add it to the FAQ. I know the same question has come up before.
