I have an 05 f 450 ford just put a new motor and torq converter in it and now it will run and just loose all power on any hill, if you floor it, it has no pick up and starts missing and will stall. I'll pull over and let it sit about five minutes than I can make it a couple of miles and than it will have no acceleration again and start missing again and stall out again. No check engine light or anything

That's an awfully new diesel truck to require a new engine and transmission. Start following Ford's recommended maintenance, modified to only use the proper SAE 5W-40 full-synthetic HDDO in the engine and the proper synthetic Mercon V ATF in the transmission and power steering system.

Perform steps in the link below:

Focus on Step 11, where you need to purge water from fuel system and change both fuel filters (Motorcraft only)--one on the frame and one under the hood. If the problem persists, the fuel pump may be worn, causing the fuel pressure to drop when it gets hot. After that check the turbo. Ensure you are only using full-synthetic HDDO in your engine.

Sounds like a plain and simple fuel delivery problem.
Try cheap at first. Replace fuel filter.

Thanks that's what I was going to try, hopefully it will work. Is the fuel pump also where the fuel water seperator is next to the frame? All one unit
