Just like the title says. It where all small skits but every time episode it would be the same characters doing something else. One was a old man mumbling stuff with now and then a clear word, it would go like this "nhumm i gnum airplane nhum ful mun *boem* nhuù hm a chicken..." And the other was a rich guy (something like a count or so) and a older gardener. The gardener would be a silent normal guy and the rich guy would be the clumsy guy always saying the wrong thing at the wrong time.

Lots of British shows come to mind...
Mr. Bean? Dave Allen? Even Benny Hill might fit this description.
Any of those look familiar?

My guess would be a Black Adder series - Rowan Atkinson was in it.

No, I know those. Those are the same actor in every skit. Every skit is a other actor. Like if its about the old man it's the same actor every time but he will never play in any other skit. The ones you named are all 1 person doing all the skits with some other people now and then.
For ex. It are always the same kind of skits, the old man always tells stories but you only understand 5% of it.

Black Adder is a series, mine is not something with a real story in it. Its just like a look in 10 ppl's day. There might be some other skits in it but you have some characters that will always come back, like the old man talking nonsense. He's there nearly every episode.
