Depends on what the questions were and what answers they gave.

If you gave us more info maybe we could venture a guess..

OK, I will attempt to update my question as truthfully as I am humanly capable of... in 1978 I split up with my wife. At that point she had had 1 child by me, and was pregnant with another. I was under extreme duress in the marriage beacause her father didn't want me with her. I asked her to leave with me, and she declined. Now, after leaving her, and after about 2-3 years I moved to australia because she wouldn't let me around the kids because of her father, and I was too young and ignorant to understand the law at that point. After I had left to australia she filed for divorce via publication, then found someone to forge my name on a court document regarding reception of a court order asking for child support. I returned to america a few years ago to find I owe 32,000.00 in arrears. Can you advise? I have 3 varying opinions from 3 different attorneys on this matter.
