A few days back I got a numb tonge this has gone now but my face has dropped down 1 side I can't eat or drink properly and my left eye has gone a bit lazy what has caused this and what will happen

You need to see your doctor. It could be a disorder called Bells Palsy.

See a doctor ASAP. Could be Bell's palsy or a stroke.

See a DR ASAP, that sounds like a mild stroke.

Could be either of those problems or something else. Get to an ER if you don't have a family doctor but get medical help quick.
