I have a well with a submersible pump. I shut off the water to do some plumbing. When I was finished I turned the water back on but nothing happened. I thought maybe the shutoff valve had malfunctioned so I replaced it still no water. The pump in the well is working fine but there is no water coming out of the taps. I also checked the pump switch and the points aren't burnt and it seems to be working okay. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

Are you saying the pump pumps up to the surface and tank but there's pressure in the service line to the house? Let me know, Tom
