what is the difference between gps and a-gps?????????

GPS - The normal GPS we all know. (GARMIN)
A-GPS - Is assisted GPS meaning that it uses Satellite signals to navigate but if you should enter a building it will use cell phone towers to triangulate your position. Mostly used in cell phones.
