I'm 17 cps is saying I have to send my baby away to her grandmas in dallas until I get all my classes done.she has no reason to say that I'm unfit I've been trying as hard as possible doing everything she says.

Are you able to feed, clothe, diaper, and otherwise support the baby and yourself? Do you have a place to live and a job? Do you have daycare set up and are able to afford it?

We don't know what they and you know - unsafe environment where you live, history of trouble with drugs, crime, mental illness, domestic violence calls, etc. The fact that it's SMART to finish school is another matter unless you want to be never ever able to get a job.

Could you go to Dallas too and finish school there?
