I am a 27yr old woman with one child I always was attractive to female but scared to have a relationship with a female so I just did what every young girl would do I just started dating men it would never last because I never wanted to be with them just something to make the family not say anything or question me about my sexuality but now that I'm getting older I just tired of denying who I really am and who I want to be with but I just so scared to tell my family because they are so religious and homophobic.

Do you have any gay support groups in your area? Is there a family member you are closest to that you could speak to first?

I think what you are feeling is natural, but reaching out to someone you can speak with about this in person would probably be a helpful first step.

I'm in that situation. Girls will treat me sooooo much better and I would love to have a girlfriend and possibly marry her but I can't cause I'm scared what people would say. The thing I can tell you is just don't care what people talk about you. Do what makes you happy and remember you can't please everyone. I'm with my boyfriend because I love him and I believe that I cna't find a girl that could love me and I just lost my mom so I need something to kind of fill in that void. But yes just go out find some one that will make you happy and you make sure that she's happy and just be with her:) Have fun with her. I have'nt been in a relationship with a girl in like 2 years and I miss it. So you need to get out there and be with her!

If your family and friends really loved you they would except you for who you are and what you have became . Sounds to me your sweet and if they want to not tlak to you or whatever then so-be-it
