Here is what I remember.

The book is about a student whose dad is some kind of executive for a company. They move to a new school which is really close to the company. Its he goes there and wants to be an artiest. His art teacher is a crazy dude who burn down his cabin so he can paint it. The student gets elected to be president of the school. He buys a piece of property with school funding that is in the middle of his dad's construction project for that company. The story is about how he fights his dad company. They start a store on the land that sells worms. There is a guy that owns all the lockers in the schools
