Beginning new business as an 'elder concierge', providing general services, i.e. grocery shopping, housecleaning, transportation to/from appt.s, companionship, etc. Do I need to be bonded?

If you are required to be licensed you don't need to be bonded. I will add that you might be very foolish if you are not insured and bonded. If one person accuses you of stealing or injurying that person (or something similar) your business and savings could go up in smoke with the cost of defending and possibly losing an action.
