We are trying to conceive but every time he finishes and then pulls out I feel *** flow out too. Is this a problem that can keep us from concieving. If so, what can we do to keep it to get pregnant?

Get him to stay in position for longer. Put a pillow under your hips, so the angle helps to keep the semen inside you better. Stay where you are for about ten minutes afterwards to allow those little sperm to get headed in the right direction.

It may only be a problem if he happens to have a low sperm count, otherwise plenty are deposited at your cervix even when some leaks back out.

As Eileen stated, staying lying down for a bit, or even with your hips raised a little, can help lessen the amount that leaks back out.
