I too own a Delta 1400 and am not getting any water through the valve. I replaced the cartridge, still no water. Has anyone had this same problem? How to repair?

When you replaced the cartridge did you also replace the seats and springs? (see image)?

And before you buttoned up the valve did you turn the water back on to flush any mineral buildup that you might have disturbed and is now blocking the inlets to the valve. Try this. Turn off the water and remove the cartridge and the seats and springs. Check the cartridge go trash blocking the inlets. Now, turn the water back on for a moment to flush out the supplies, ( this is important} you should have a full stream when you do this. If not, click on back and tell me about it. Reassemble and test. Better now? Good luck, Tom
