I just received my air climber yesterday and wanted to start on the 10 day diet plan and also the workout. Which workout would be best to start losing weight asap along with the diet. Also, I noticed that the diet plan has meat and I am a vegetarian... so I am hoping that by substituting the meat, it will not affect the diet plan.
Please advice
Thanks

You can't get this information from us, if that is what you mean. We have no connection to these people.

You can't get any information from us regarding the air climber and whatever goes along with. The diet plan obviously belongs with the air climber and the workout information as well. I guess is what I am saying, we are not connected in any way to these people, don't know anything about the air climber or whatever information goes along with it.

As a general rule, diet is what makes you lose weight, and exercise is what makes you look good. A combination of both works best.

If you want to change shape, then your exercise should be intense. That means you need to work hard, and can expect to puff and sweat while you are doing it. The "fat burning zone" which is so popular is a trick with numbers. To make it work, you need to be doing several hours a day of low intensity exercise, and no-one has time.
