Hello,

So I recently had an officer stop by as I owe a person some money under $500.00. He told me that he pulled my name and brought up a few "reports" on me from 2006, 2007. I was never charged for anything... ever... but he told me that he wanted to determine my character and hence pulled up some previous "investigations" that were on me. My question is how long does something like this stay "under my name". I wasn't even aware that something from then would still be showing under my name as no charges were ever laid and the matter was handled btwn both parties. (Ontario, Canada.)

Thank you!
