All you got to do is talk to her and listen what she says ask her what she likes to do after school, weekends where she likes to go what kind of movies she likes stuff like that

You can't make anyone love you. Trust me, I have tried, and it never works out well. (sigh) If you try to be friends with her first, then you can get to know her better, and she you.

You got to talk to her. It may be a little nerve-racking but if you want her to start liking her (not saying that it's going to be a done deal)

Never try to impress, ALWAYS be yourself... and I agree you cannot make anyone love you, she has to have feeling for you to start with,get to know each other, and take it slow...

You cannot make somebody love you... these things happen or they don't.
Just be yourself...

And when you don't know somebody that well... telling them you love them may be a bit too quick to begin with... maybe you have the same interests that you can talk about, start things slowly and develop a friendship with her.
