Hi,
I need some help on my abs, mostly the lower abdominal region. I have always been a physically fit and active person, and I am healthy, but I want to have more definition in my abs. I know that there is muscle there, but it is underneath a layer of fat. I want to get rid of the fat, leaving defined abs. I just need some ideas and some exercises to get rid of the fat, and build up visible muscle in this area.

Thanks :)

Basically a good diet and cardio will get that away.

Crunches work well on defining the abs, do a Google search and you'll find a couple of different styles of crunches and also doing the "bicycle" on your back helps tremendously.

I posted this to someone else with the same question.

Doing core exercises like crunches should build a 6 pack and burn body fat in that region. If you want to loss body fat you should choose a number of reputations you are capable of doing and do them daily but the number should still be a little of a challenge .Also if you want to tone up your body you should increase the amount of reputations you are doing each time. For example today do 10 15 the next day and 20 the next. That was an example feel free to lower the difference in between the days.. Making a daily routine should help you. Do not expect dramatic results in a short time.
