Do you have supplies -- sanitary napkins? What do you mean you don't know what to do?

Well I know what your going through. So you will need pads if you want to use them I would because tampons are just a little to early to start using. Then clean yourself or wipe and change your pad every 3-4 hours because when you first start they may be heavy it just depends if not maybe 2 hours. Then when you go to school make sure you take some extra pads with you so you can change. And go while you can because there will be times when you need to and you cant.

First of all wear dark clothing.. and make sure youbathe all the time.. and you could also wear sprayable deoderant for your private area.. keep your legs closed most of the time.. especially if you wear pads.. be sure if you wear tampons change it from time to time.
