I need your help guys. Can't get this song out of my head but I don't know the title or artist. Its year 2000'ish and is kind of techno. Lyrics are just kind of, "uh eh, uh uh uh eh, uh eh oh oh" then repeats through the whole song. The girl I think is a blonde and has a pony tail, I can't remember if its tied at the back or it's twin-tails at the side. She wears a thick coat and the expression on her face never changes. She's walking to different places and swaying from side to side. The video looks like it was shot in thailand or somewhere near there because there are some elephants and she meets a king and queen and everyone in the court just laughs except the girl.
