For many women the only way they will know is whether their period shows up and then they take a pregnancy test.

Many women will say early pregnancy, just before their period is due, feels as though it will come on at anytime the symptoms can be that similar.

Give it some more time and see what happens... maybe another week or so. If still no period, try a test at that time. If still negative, wait until next month, your period may just be off. You can always check with your doctor about having a test done in office.
