I am trying to figure out what I should claim on my W-4 form for work! I am married and have 2 kids my husband would be the one claiming head of house hold. So which is better for me to claim 0 or 2.

Your husband is not head of household. For head of household you must be unmarried or did not live with your spouse for last six months of the year and have a qualifying dependent and pay more than half the cost of the household.

You are allowed to claim less than the max, so I would claim 0 if your combined income is high and 1 if middling and 2 if it's a low paying part time job. You could spend some time calculating taxes using last year's rates to get an idea of what will put you right at no tax owed and no refund either, the ideal setting. You are allowed to also tell your employer to change your exemption number at any time, whether your family changes or not.

Assuming your husband is NOT employed, claim MARRIED with FOUR allowances. That will get you close to having enough tax withheld to cover what you owe in taxes.
