I have an 92 Civic 107 k miles. Recently its been taking a while to start and smells a bit rich when starting, but cannot smell it once at final destination. I think it's the Fuel Pump/Filter and borrowed a fuel pressure gauge from Autozone, couldn't check pressure due to the fact the 02 Civic has all "quick" connectors and nothing on the fuel bar. If anyone has any idea that it could be other than the fuel pump, please give me an idea.

I'm very skeptical it has anything to do with the fuel pump, since I've never seen a bad Honda fuel pump. Instead, I would focus on the electrical system:
. Change the spark plugs (NGK only), if they have not been replaced in the last three years.
. Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil:

You are smelling fuel, due to a weak ignition system. These efforts will likely solve your problem.

Thanks TXGreaseMonkey,
I think its still the fuel line. Its harder to start today, it is sluggish when applying power and the PCM finally threw a mil code. It stated that the fuel injection system was too lean, probably caused by fuel pressure being low. I added a bottle of Lucas Oil as suggested by the autozone guy. I think it may remove some buildup before I switch out the spark plugs (They looked worn but still good, unknown since last time they were replaced) at the next gas fillup.
I bought some fuel hose and will be connecting it tomorrow so I can actually measure the fuel line pressure, honda "quick" releases are painful. I did notice when at low speed/stopped that I was smelling unburend gas if I turned on the AC vent. I ran it at home for a bit today, and smell gas coming from under the air filter, right where the injectors are.
Has anyone had a problem with a leaky injector seal causing a hard (long) start and sluggish performance?

I bought some Iridium NGKs and going to use them next fill up after getting the lucas oil additive I got through the system.
