A month ago I took in 7 of them and now is down to 3.. They seems strong, able to walk around and climb around. I feed them every 4 hours around the clock and give them Hill's prescription diet, recommended by the vet. They eat fine, loving the soft food.

Now they can eliminate by themselves, anyway they just don't "go" when I tried to stimulate them.. (I guess they are trying to tell me they have grown up.. ) However, they have urine burn on their legs and butts. The vet gave me some kind of lotion for them, but I guess I need to wash them before applying.. What should I use to wash them? Won't they feel pain? They pee on each other, is it all right if I bath them?

How can I prevent them from getting urine burn? They love their litter box. They pee on it, poop on it, play on it and sleep on it! I kind of think that they find it convenient there as they can just "do their business" there in the middle of sleep. But the problem is that because they cuddle together, so whichever that pees, will be peeing on the other 2.. Should I take the litter box away? And how do I get them to pee properly?( I don't know how to describe but I should say their pee comes like a leaking through their legs, instead of "aiming" somewhere else, without touching their legs. That's what causing urine burn on the legs.. )

They have green color stool with white dots in it.. And it stinks! That's why I brought them to the vet this morning. I saw online that it was probably caused by infection. But the vet told me that it's the color of the bile. (Isn't bile supposed to be orange?) and the white dots are supposed to be undigested fat molecules. I am confused now. Am I supposed to trust the vet? I fed them every 4 hours, how can they be hungry? Is there something that I've missed out? One of my kitty poop during the consultation so the vet saw the green stool with white dots. The vet did not examine the stool under microscope though.. I don't know if this could be the reason, should I question the vet?

I saw online that a 4 weeks old kitten is bigger than an adult palm. But my kitties are just the size of my palm. Nothing as big as those online.. Is that normal? What can I do if it isn't?

Pray to God, I just hope nothing happen to this remaining 3..

Are they eating wet kitten food ? Could be they need to be advanced to one of the regular kitten foods which would offer more protein, more substance, then they wouldn't be hungry so often.

I don't know about the litter box problem. Do you use a clumping litter? That would keep the feces and urine in one place and no all over. Your kittens sure have funny habits but I understand your concern. It isn't like they have a mom to teach them, right, that may be the problem.

crockdog, its my bet they are not getting enough food. Going with the palm test, I would say they are older then four weeks. Kittens are weaned at 6.
