My partner is 43 I've been with him 15years and haven't noticed anything up to when a lad started to *** round all the time he is my friends son. My partner keeps looking at him and then gives him a smile, he will do anything for him. I have a son 15 but my partner doesn't do half as much for him as he does for this other lad. Coul he be gay

The only way to know if a person is gay is for the person to tell you or for you to catch them in the middle of sex.
Do you have a good sexual relationship with your partner? If so, he probably isn't 'gay'.
If your son's friend is his age (about 15), I would be less concerned with the partner being gay and more concerned about his behavior toward a minor.
Bottom line, talk with your partner and ask him what is going on in his mind. Let him know you are concerned about his behavior.

Ask him if he is attracted.
After 15 years you should be communicating on a level
That you can approach any subject.
If you can't work on your communication until you can
You need to understand your partners feelings
And asking is the way.

After 15 years, you don't KNOW if your partner is gay?
What the hell have you been talking about during those 15 years?
I agree with Cat (she stole my words, dangit). If he's in bed with another man or tells you he is gay, then you'll KNOW he is gay. If neither of those two scenarios happens, then the problem is communication, not whether he's gay.

This has nothing to do with your husband being gay.
This has to do with your husband hitting on a minor, if what you are implying is true.
Even that is a stretch, if all he is doing is 'looking' and 'smiling' at this friend of your son's.
Do you have any 'proof' or other information that would back up your suspicions?
That's a pretty serious situation if what you are implying is true.
