I was parked in front of gas station door .I ran in to buy something came out, backed up went to pull forward lady next to me backed up and hit me. Come to find out she didn't have insurance. They were going to pay me out of pocket but now they told me to take them to court. They say it is 50/50 in a private parking lot. The police were called and she admitted it was her fault. He asked her if she had insurance and she stated she did.this was in Minnesota
