Im not sure what the real question is. I believe your talking about voip. There are many. Yahoo, Skype, MSN and others. If your talking about strictly recording there are programs included in windows that you can use or professional ones if your doing voice overs or something like that and will include "edit" features.

I'm talking about when I be searching on Google to audition they say you can put your voice on msn and let somebody discover you
