There is an old movie-thinking maybe made in the 80s. There was people in this junk yard with a big fat, dark complected adult babies wearing diapers and then they go through a house with trapped doors and all kinds of crazy things happening, but at one point in the movie, they are standing in front of this creepy white old guy who was a judge and he was sitting at his bench. Someone told me that one main actor in this movie was Chevy Chase, but I looked on IMDB and didn't recognize any of the movie titles listed. Please help!
