I Have A Nordyne Air Condition Model 24uc6. The Second Model# Is FS5BD024KA. The Air Condition Does Not Come On! I Checked The Air Condition With A Voltage Meter. I Am Only Getting 124 Volts Coming Out Of The Main Electrical Cables Coming Into The Breaker Box In The House! I Changed Out The Old Breaker# 40 Amp, It Was Burned Slightly With A Second Same #40 Breaker! I I Checked The Main Breaker On The Outside Box & It Shows 124 Volts. It Is A 100 Amp Breaker! What Is The Problem?

Sounds like the problem is on the outside. I had a problem similar and found out there was a broken ground on the service wire coming to the house.
