Some punctuation and sentence structure would be advantageous to your question, otherwise it is simply an unreadable WALL OF TEXT.
Please refer to this announcement: https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/teens/announcement-read-before-posting-teens-board.html

Short and sweet answer to your question is it Won't happen.
Your boyfriend CANNOT become your legal guardian and certainly won't have any parental rights.

I'm with Curlyben on this one. Your mom cares about you and I don't think at 16 you would want to step out into the real world. Your still just a kid.

Stay with your mom, finish school, get a job, wait until you're an adult and then you can be with this boy.

If you're really in love than what's the rush? You'll still be in love in 5 years, right?

Sorry but first to "adopt" or get custody, your mom and dad would both have to sign away rights, and then of course a boyfriend could not adopt you anyway,

And if for some wild reason ( perhaps you find a judge stoned out on drugs ) and he did, then your boyfriend could not have sex with you, since you would be his child and it would be illegal.
