Why don't you ask your doctor? Or the pharmacist when you take it to get it filled?

T with a dot over it = take one

po = per os
tid = ter in die
prn = pro re nata

These are directions (in Latin) that the pharmacist will write in English on the label so you know how and how often to take the med.

It means: take one tablet, by mouth three times a day as needed
