If I´m find a job right now but they request my criminal Record it will show up? And if is yes in witch way does?

If you have already been fingerprinted by the Calgary police your crime/felony must be pretty serious. Yes, if you apply for a job and they want to do a background check, then yes, it will show up, but won't go into detail, just that you have been charged with a criminal offence.

Thank´s for your answer but The felony was not serious that is the reason I was elegible to the program. I heard from some body that is a special treat for people such is into the program.

I don't believe it will show up. If you have remained clean for more than 3 years post-offense the record should be purged. You can also request that the calgary police service destroy the fingerprint records they have on file. It might cost you a $50.00 application fee to have this done.
