Right now I have my 2 kids, he has supervised visits with either me or someone I choose. He is currently suing me for standard visits. (everyother weekend). I highly doubt that the judge will give him this due to family violence in the marriage, his immaturity level ( he tells my 8 year old son bad things about my boyfriend) and my kids don't want to see him alone. I hired a supervision service to supervise visits since I do not want to be there and cannot find a family member who is willing to hang out with him. That's when he no longer wanted to see them on weekends and would by pass me and go to school for lunch.

I know that I probably can't get his rights terminated right now since I am not married, and have just graduated nursing school and currently am unemployed but once I can I want to have a little bit of a heads up of what kind of time and money this would require.

I don't know if I'm missing any vital information other that what I have already wrote, so feel free to ask for more info if needed.

You can't terminate anything... only the court has that authority. And you are going to have to prove overwelmingly he is a danger to the kids. You may want to talk to your lawyer lay out the facts you can actually prove.. and see if they think there is a case to bring before the court. Like winning the lottery, you can't win if you don't play.
